Discovered in 2000, this amazing cave in Mexico is home to the world’s largest crystals. A field, a forest, an orchard – a fleet?! However you want to describe it. These crystals have grown up to 30metres in length and are half a million years old! The cave itself can reach up to 44 degrees with 90% to 100% humidity. From these photos you could only imagine the majesty of being surrounded by these crystals. It’s something so alien but so much a part of the Earth.
