The lovely duo, The Hungry Workshop are celebrating their move to Melbourne. Ever since we first met them at our Issue No. 1 Launch and saw their amazing prints for Queenslake. We were blown away. And the rest of Melbourne has felt exactly the same way! They’ve been producing some ridiculously delicious letterpress works and designing some rad kayaks.
So back to the celebrations. They’re holding an little exhibition and studio warming. And since they’re such letterpress enthusiasts they’re also sending out some very nice letterpressed trophy invitations. Isn’t that great? We need more snail mail!
The Trophy Lives exhibition will feature the work of some fantastic Melbourne illustrators that we’ve been hanging out to collaborate with. We’ll be hand printing their works in large format on our Asbern Proof Press – but more details will follow soon. For now, block out Friday 4 May in your diary and RSVP on Facebook.
