It is sometimes said that what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. In 2011 we are going to be exploring the idea of ‘SURFACE’. Will you take it at face value or will you dig a little deeper? We want submissions to represent your interpretation of ‘SURFACE’, what it means to you and where you think it will lead us in six years time.
As a creative magazine, we accept any kind of art-form; everything from your more traditional pencil and pastels to the more adventurous art of the uncommissioned variety.
In 2011 the Six Years Later magazine will be accepting artwork submissions big and small from far and wide. As long as you are able to send us your work as a JPG or TIF under 500KB we will accept up to 5 different pieces of work. Bear in mind, a high resolution version (300dpi) must be on hand in case you are selected for the very special Issue 2 of the Six Years Later magazine.
